Free Workshop: Quick tips for nurturing, nourishing, and accepting your postpartum body

Being a new mom is hard. You’re sleep-deprived, you’re hormonal, you’re stressed, your body doesn’t feel like your own, and you have a tiny human depending on you. Don’t worry mama, you are not alone, and it’s ok if you don’t have it all together. In fact, it’s normal.

Participants will walk away knowing:

  • Why hunger changes as a new parent
  • How to use your intuition to make food decisions and keep you nourished and energized
  • And some gentle tips to start fostering a better relationship with your postpartum body
